1. Agreement to terms
By creating an account or using Zenviq, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using Zenviq on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. The service
Zenviq provides an AI-powered call-answering service that responds to inbound calls using information you provide about your business. Zenviq is a tool to assist your business — it is not a substitute for human judgment on matters requiring one, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide it and for reviewing call outcomes.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Zenviq is billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Plans include a set number of AI minutes; usage beyond your plan's included minutes is billed at the applicable per-minute overage rate shown on your billing page. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Zenviq to harass, defraud, or mislead callers, to impersonate another business, or to handle calls in a way that violates applicable law, including telemarketing and consumer protection regulations in your jurisdiction.
5. Call recording and consent
Call recording and transcription laws vary by state and country. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Zenviq's call recording features complies with the laws applicable to your business and callers, including any required disclosures or consent.
6. Limitation of liability
Zenviq is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenviq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed or mishandled calls.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Zenviq after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
