Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you create a Zenviq account, we collect your name, email, and the business information you provide (hours, services, pricing, FAQs, and similar). When your AI receptionist handles a call, we collect the caller's phone number and, where applicable, name, email, call transcript, recording, and summary.

2. How we use it

We use this information to operate the service: answering calls using your business's knowledge base, generating call summaries, populating your CRM, processing billing through Stripe, and sending you notifications about calls and your account.

3. Third-party processors

Zenviq relies on third-party services to operate: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Twilio (telephony), OpenAI (real-time voice conversation), Anthropic (call summarization), and Resend (email delivery). Each processes data only as needed to provide their part of the service.

4. Data retention

Call transcripts, recordings, and contact records are retained for as long as your account is active, so you can reference call history. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls limiting who can view your account's data. No system is completely secure, and we encourage using a strong, unique password for your account.
